Rewarding our long-serving employees

From left to right; Adam Holiday, Darren Standley and Ian Clarke

We have rewarded our longest-serving employees to show our appreciation for dedicating their time and energy for such a long period of time.

Adam, Dave, Darren, Ian and Chris have given a combined total of 159 years of service between them, showing loyalty, hard work and flexibility to adjust to varying roles and technologies.

I feel that a lot of the traditions from the past have fallen by the wayside and that a nice watch was always a show of appreciation for long and dedicated service. The staff we have are very loyal and hardworking, so we wanted to bring some old values back as a way of saying thank you for giving us their time.
— Gary Franklin, Director

Adam Holiday has spent 34 years at Clarkeprint, doing a variety of roles within the business from plate making, imposition, production and studio design, to recently getting more hands-on with our Xerox Iridesse presses.

Dave Arscott has also been with us for 34 years, working predominantly within our print finishing department, as well as laminating, and a cylinder wizard!

Darren Standley is an all-around print finisher, being fully trained on all machinery means he can do pretty much any job across the factory. He has been with the company for 32 years.

Ian Clarke has been one of the mainstays within the Clarkeprint sales team for over 32 years. He has worked closely with communications departments from a variety of industries, including Pharmaceutical, agriculture and automotive, to ensure they have the best print possible.

Finally, Chris Seymour has been with the business for over 27 years. Predominantly within the Design Studio, Chris has also got his hands on our Web-To-Print platforms, ensuring our customers can order products easily and quickly on their dedicated online shops. Oh, and he also makes the most awful print files work in our pre-production processes!
